When installed in horizontal position, special suction chamber draws water from top of unit to keep motor 2/3 submerged for cool operation, which eliminates need for pump pit. Discharge rotates in 90 Degree increments. Pumps handle liquid temperatures to 145 DegreeF. Heavy-duty wrap-around stainless steel suction screen. Corrosion-resistant materials. All pump parts are bronze, brass, silicon-bronze, and stainless steel. Mechanical seal has Buna N, stainless steel and carbon/ceramic parts. 12-ft., three-wire cable (plug not included). PSC permanent split-capacitor, oil-filled motor has diaphragm pressure equalizer and automatic current and thermal overload protection.
