PVC Fittings

Coastal PVC fittings are stocked in too many configurations to list them all here, but we'd like to say this... whatever the application, if it isn't in our warehouse, we can certainly find it for you!
We stock a full range of PVC-40 and PVC-80 products, including a wide array of Flange fittings and Unions. We even stock black PVC for those who want to disguise their plumbing!

There are five types of “connections”:

Male (MIPT) = outside threads, like a threaded pipe.
Female (FIPT) = inside threads, what the threaded pipe would screw into. (Note: FIPT = Female International Pipe Thread, an industry standard.)
Socket (S) = smooth inside, what a smooth PVC pipe slips into. (formerly called “slip”)
Spigot (SP) = smooth outside, slips into a Socket(s) fitting, same size as plain PVC pipe.
Insert (INS) = barbed to slide inside tubing or hose.

Coastal stocks fittings to go from “anything to anything”, 1/2" to 3" and LARGER! We need to know very specifically either:

What you are going from and to. Example: “I need to connect a 1/2” male pump discharge to a 1 1/2" hose”, or:
What you actually need. Example: “I need a 1/2” female by 1 1/2" insert.”

Fernco Fittings

Coastal Pond carries a very large selection of FERNCO fittings. Because of their quality and ease of installation, Fernco flexible couplings are considered the standard in the industry among plumbing contractors and municipalities. Made of tough elastomeric PVC, they are strong, resilient, and unaffected by soil conditions. They are also resistant to chemicals, ultraviolet rays, fungus growth, and normal sewer gases due to the physical properties of the material.

Fernco makes the most complete line in the industry, from sizes of 1-1/4" to 27". They can connect any two pipes.
