The Perfect Climate Pond De-Icer is the first pond de-icer designed with every size pond in mind. Designed to maintain open water in ponds, this thermostatically controlled device has all heating elements enclosed so it will not harm or burn your pond liner.

By using the optional floater (included), this unit will operate as a floating pond de-icer.  Used this way, it will keep a hole in the surface ice to help a proper gas exchange take place, helping to protect your fish from toxic gas buildup.

To use as a submersible de-icer, remove the floater and place the unit in the desired location in your pond. After plugging it into a GFCI outlet, the unit will operate once the temperature falls, maintaining an ice-free area.
