Shipping & Returns
Unless otherwise specified, we ship via UPS, Fedex, or motor freight. Please advise if a delivery address is residential as frieght charges may apply.
Claims or Damage
Please inspect your shipment carefully before acceptance. If the shipment appears to be damaged, and you refuse it, notify us immediately. If you accept the shipment, have the driver note the shortage or damage on the bill of laiding
prior to signing it. Once accepted, it becomes your responsibility to file any claim(s) with the carrier. No claims are allowed after 24 hours of delivery.
All returns must be pre-approved by Coastal's Returns Department, and assigned a Return Goods Authorization number prior to being returned to us freight prepaid.
A re-stocking fee up to 25% will apply. There is no return on custom fabrication, special orders, or products held over 90 days. Credits will be issued against future purchase only.
All warranty returns must have a Returned Goods Authorization number assigned by Coastal's Returns Department. Warranty returns can either be shipped to the manufacturer or to Coastal, freight prepaid.
Warranty returns will be either repaired or replaced at our, or the manufacturer's option. All freight is the responsibility of the customer. If credit is appropiate, it will be issued against future purchases only.
